Dr. Bui is an amazing dentist, from her “chair side” manner, to her skills as a dentist. I have been going to Los Cerritos Dental for five years and I will continue to seek my dental care there. I recently had an appointment here and I was very impressed with the care I received. The facility was clean and modern, and the staff was friendly and professional. I was able to fill out all of my paperwork online before my appointment, so I didn't have to wait in the waiting room. I was seen right away, and the dentist and her assistant took the time to answer all of my questions. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I was even able to watch my favorite shows on Netflix while they worked on me! Overall, I had a great experience at this dentist's office. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dentist.

Los Cerritos Dental is by far the cleanest, most professional dental office I've ever been to. Having been scared of going to the dentist my entire life, I instantly felt at ease when greeted by the incredibly kind front desk staff. Dr. Tiffany Ngo was extremely knowledgeable and the most gentle dentist ever! The dental assistants are also very experienced and friendly. They even let you select a Netflix show of your choice to watch during your procedure(s) which is cool and unique :) After my experience, my family also made appointments here and were equally impressed by their experiences here. We will never go anywhere else for dental care!

Loved the calming atmosphere with beautiful videos and instrumental music. I was the last patient in the office before closing and they took their time to give me the treatment needed. Office extremely clean and they took all COVID precautions.

I have been coming here for a few years now. All the staff I've met have been very kind. The two dentists who have treated me both take care to be gentle during the procedures. Their office is new and very clean, and they have big TVs to watch whatever you want while getting your procedure. I appreciated that they provided a breakdown of the expected costs with my insurance when discussing the treatment plan.

Consistent, great, professional service from last year. The staff is one of the best group of staff ever in a medical office, so kind and nice and respectful. Doctor is also very gentle and knowledgeable educating me with helpful information. Answers your questions clearly and walks you through your dental X-rays. They don't try to upsell you on unnecessary procedures and I don't feel they are skipping on any procedures either. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very clean facility. I feel safe and well taken care of. I'm so glad a horrible incident happened at another dental office that led me to find this one. I wish I found this office sooner. I first met the dentist, Trihn Bui, years ago when she was a dental student at USC. I went there for dental care and was assigned to her. Back then I thought she was amazing as a caring dentist who had a gentle touch while performing dental work. She is still an amazing dentist and I drive all the way from Santa Monica to go to her.
Very professional. The office is super clean, and the equipment up to date. I was in for a crown. I have had other crowns and this procedure was faster than most. They do everything possible to keep you comfortable (including a TV on the ceiling)!
I have never experienced the level of professionalism and cleanliness of Los Cerritos Dentistry in my lifetime and I’ve been to countless dentists throughout my childhood due to anxiety. Although I’ve only had 2 cavities in 45 years, I do not like the thought of having a drill used in my mouth! I was so nervous that I left my cell phone in the waiting room, which was immaculate and sterile (Masks, booties, temperature checks, teeth brushing, and medicated mouthwash are prerequisites to treatment) by the way. After choosing a Netflix original show to further calm my nerves in the treatment room - genius (I ultimately chose a calming binaural beats video to subconsciously transport my mind to a peaceful state which worked wonders for my anxiety), I had x-rays and pictures taken of my problem teeth and was informed that I had 6 surface cavities and a possible root canal that I might need if they could not remove the decay. Needless to say, I was terrified of the extensive work needed to get my molars back on track. Anyway, I agreed to having one side of my mouth repaired and let me say that although I needed a numbing agent for the pain, I have never felt so relaxed. The doctor and dental assistant were kind, gentle, and attentive to my needs. If you’re on the fence about which dentist to choose, look no further. You will not be disappointed. On a final note, the front office receptionist is the gatekeeper to all brick and mortar businesses who service the public, and the receptionist at this dental office was stellar. She immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. Awesome job. I’m looking forward to my next appointment, even though the drill is eminent! In short, every business needs to shop (property management lingo) the customer service of this establishment. No matter what industry you’re associated with, the bar has been set. This practice is destined for greatness.

I had a painless experience at Los Cerritos Dental office. Dr. Ngo was very gentle and her injection was painless. I had a filling done and Dr. Ngo explained each step of the way before she proceeds. She answered all the questions I had calmly and clearly, reassuring me all the way. The office is beautiful and clean with state of the art equipment. Best experience ever!
Best dental practice ever! From the first initial phone call to schedule an appt to my most recent visit where I had a deep clean and 4 cavities filled, the staff was amazing. Very patient and answered all my questions/ explained all their recommendations throughly. There is no pressure to get any work done, they provide all the recommendations and cost up front and you are free to customize based on your budget. It had been awhile since I was at the dentist because of a bad experience and this practice already has me feeling more confident about my smile. Bonus points for allowing me to watch what I wanted on Netflix while they worked on my teeth!

Everyone here is super nice! The office is very sanitary: they give u little shoes covers when you walk in, there are sanitizers everywhere, and they also give you a toothbrush and mouthwash to brush your teeth prior to the appointment which I appreciate since I can come straight from work, instead of going home to brush my teeth. I went here for a general exam, and xrays are pretty much instant (no need to wait for them to develop)! They give you a toothbrush, floss, and mini toothpaste after cleanings :) They have nitrous oxide available for 150$ an hour, which is nice for people who have dental anxiety, and they have tvs attached to the ceiling playing netflix so you can watch while getting your teeth worked on! They accept Dentical (medical general dental plan), but not specific medical dental plans (Liberty, Access, etc). Parking is easy too, there's a pretty decent private lot behind the practice that you can park in.
I took my 4 boys to Los Cerritos Dental for their 6 months check up last Saturday. My boys have some cavities and they got so nervous. Dr. Bui & Dr. Ngo calmed them down. I also love the TV they put on the ceiling, kids can watch their favorite show while the Dentist works on their teeth. Did I mention the staffs Ashley & Rebecca are so friendly & professional. I love this place. I highly recommended.
Very nice clean dental office. Made an appointment for my husband and daughter and they were both happy with the service. Big plus, they take extra precautions due to Covid. Also, no need to fill out paperwork, it's all done through an IPad which is nice. The staff is very polite and attentive. Couldn't have asked for more.
Everything from COVID protocols, to bedside manner, to the transparency of services/procedures rendered, and all in-between was great. The only thing it might need is WD-40 on some of the doors haha. I needed a new dentist that was closer to home and was recommended this place by a friend. I had a good experience when I had x-rays taken (I have a small mouth so usually I hate this part the most). Then the dentist went over my X-rays, examined my gums, did some probing. Eventually, she found a cavity, so she took a picture of it and showed me. She also went over which teeth they were going to monitor, and the reasons why. The transparency was comforting. Luckily, I was able to have the filling done that day and my cleaning as well. Overall a great experience! Highly recommend this office.
I very last minute found this office on Yelp after a very abnormal, disastrous, and unprofessional experience at my previous dental place. I'm extremely happy and relieved to have found this office. Dr. Bui was so nice and gentle with her skills. I usually have a lot of teeth sensitivity, but I didn't feel a thing. Ashley and Rebecca were also super professional, sweet, and patient. I thought I was really annoying when I couldn't decide on what to watch on Netflix and kept hogging the remote. But they were so kind and nice about it and didn't try to guilt you or made you feel that you were being annoying. That's how nice and sweet they were. The COVID protocols also made me feel very very safe. They give you shoe covers. They clean the pens in front of you right before giving you the paperwork. They also give you a toothbrush and mouth wash before the X-rays. They even show you your X-rays on the TV screen in front of you with air purifiers not too far away which also made me feel very safe. The office looks modern, clean, and professional. Equipment looked new and up-to-date. Bathroom looked very clean as well. There are large flat screen TVs angled correctly to where you will lie down on the chair during the processes. No one is saying unnecessary things. It was a very peaceful process. There were even peaceful music playing where they show you your X-rays. They also didn't try to sell you any packages or any special treatments or anything that another dental practice told me I needed or else. Overall, I'm just very impressed and very thankful to the doctor and the team. I went to a dental office to get my teeth cleaned and checked, and got that done and the whole process was easy, smooth, PROFESSIONAL, and PEACEFUL. THANK YOU!!

It was my first time here and I must say I'm impressed. Their hygiene measures to prevent covid transmission were impeccable, they even gave me shoe covers to wear. Everything was well organized and the visit went smoothly. No paperwork to fill out in office because you can do it ahead of time online. Thank you for accommodating me with my time constraint. Best choice I ever made. They were friendly, put me at ease, and never judged. I had to have a lot of work done but they worked with me step by step and I never felt any pain. This is the absolute BEST dential practice I have ever been to. I will definitely refer family and friends.

This treatment Should have set her running for the hills, instead she is actually less nervous. We are going back for a second extraction this Friday and my daughter is still nervous but isn’t afraid. Thank you all.

Dr.Bui and Rebecca are amazing !!! They answered all of my questions concerning my father's dental health. I love how they are so thorough, informative, very kind, and patient !!! They are amazing people makes me so happy. Also the establishment itself is so cute !!! Love the office vibes. The covid measures are taken seriously. You get your temperature scanned then after you will be provided with little covers for you shoes. Then they have you brush and rinse before seeing the doctor. I love it. I hadn't gone to a dentist since covid last year. And I found this brand new dental office in the hood, I came for a cleaning and check up today. This place is very clean and is properly sanitized. I was greeted by a friendly nurse, she checked my temperature and had me wear shoes covers. The dentist is also friendly, he explained all the issues. So far it was a great experience!
I was treated like a queen by the dentists and their staff. They cater to all my needs especially my anxiety to pain. They were very patient with me ensuring that I was comfortable before moving to the next step. Dr Bui and Dr Ngo were very gentle, kind and knowledgeable. I felt calm and trusted them. I'm absolutely terrified of the dentist but coming here made me change my mind. Rebecca was super friendly & informative over the phone and in person, the dentist (I didn't catch her name) was very professional, nice and quick and efficient at doing my fillings. I was also given Vaseline throughout the procedure so my lips wouldn't dry out. The icing on the cake was me being able to watch Netflix WHILE getting worked on!! They pay attention to patients' needs and make sure that we are comfortable and are getting the best treatment possible with minimal pain. I'm glad I chose this dentist, I will recommend as many people as I can to come here! Thanks so much!!
Both the dentist and assistant are very sweet and try their very best to tend to your needs. I went in very nervous for my first root canal and even wanted to take the nitrous oxide during the procedure but because of now well the dentist and assistant handled everything my anxiety was eased greatly and I was able to pull through the first session without the gas. I will be back next week for round 2 and now I'm not nearly as scared as I was before! Would definitely recommend this place!

During my entire appointment they were making sure I was as comfortable as I could be which was very comforting. I also went in feeling a little uneasy due to a prior bad experience at another office and I went in and was completely pleased with their care for cleanliness during Covid . Hand sanitizer , booties for your shoes and they’re double masked with a shield too. I felt extremely , extremely safe and at peace . They also had a serene video playing with nice relaxing music which was great for my high stress couple of days . I can’t recommend this place enough. I never once felt pain during my procedure and now that I’m home and feeling has resumed I feel fine . Seriously won’t go anywhere else .

So grateful that this office was open and was able to see me as soon as they did, with COVID it's nearly impossible to get an appointment anywhere. Even before COVID I would have to schedule my appointments months in advance because my office had no availability which was extremely inconvenient considering my work schedule constantly changes. Dr. Bui & Dr. Ngo were both extremely informative and detailed as we went over my treatment plan. I HIGHLY recommend this office, the service/staff is impeccable + they have multiple protocols to ensure a safe/sanitary atmosphere which is most important during these times. They also did treatment on my six year old son, they had so much patience with him that he didn't even need nitrous. Saying I'm obsessed with this office is an understatement.

By far hands down the best Dentist. Super clean & the employees are beyond friendly. I highly recommend this place. They break down payment options. And they give you each option that is best for you. So you know they are not trying to do you dirty, or come up on you.
My daughter (15) and I visited the office during this Covid time. The precautions that they take made us feel safe. The office is modern with added TV"s on the ceiling to help ease the visit (I'm one of those people that waits years) and they did not make me feel embarrassed over it. Viewing the x-rays taken on the big TV in front of you and having it all explained made me feel comfortable with the treatments needed. They show you what the insurance covers and what you would have to pay out of pocket before you make a decision. Nothing felt forced and it was the best experience my daughter and I have had at a dentist. Everyone is super professional and extremely nice. Wow. This was the BEST dentist visit experience I have ever had! The office is impeccably clean. Dr. Bui and her staff are so very kind and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I was amazed at the peaceful ambience when I walked in. I nearly cried when I sat in the chair because I was relieved to feel safe and comfortable in a dental office. There was even a tv on the ceiling for me to watch Netflix while I had my treatment done, which kept me at ease and distracted. I am so grateful to have found Los Cerritos Dental, and I actually look forward to my next visit, which is something I never thought I'd say about a dentist!
For many years of searching for the best and reliable clinic I would say Los Cerritos Dental Practice is definitely the one that I’ve been looking for. Especially this time of pandemic, I would really say that they made us feel so safe. The clinic is very clean and they are very strict in keeping you safe. My sons tolerance in pain is very low and he’s always nervous, but I was so surprised to see my son very comfortable and happy because the staff are VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPER NICE. Dr. Trinh Bui, Tess and Rebecca are the one who took care of my son, and I would definitely say they really did a great job and I would definitely recommend them. My son had a tooth extraction but he didn’t even know that he had it. It only shows how great they are in entertaining my son because during the procedure they never stop talking to my son and the best part is they had a T.V. on the ceiling, and my son just enjoyed watching his favorite show in Netflix and You Tube.Thanx to u guys for taking care of my son as well as myself too.
had a broken tooth from a root canal that the got infected.The dentist and her assistants were very gentle. Dr. Ngo is amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel pain, My tooth was broke to nearly under the gum she was still able to take it out without slicing open the gum, Gave me some antibiotics after is was done. Went in nervous walked out happy. And she let me watch, the legend, "IP man" on Netflix. Made the experience enjoyable..

I've never met a dentist that I liked - until now. I am someone who is very loyal to my community service providers. I have been with my veterinarian, physician optometrist, hairstylist and eyebrow technician for over 10 years. When I receive good service, I always return. This has not been the case for my dentist, which I have changed every year since becoming an adult. Dentist are usually unkind condescending and ooze of untrustworthiness, but not Dr. Bui. Dr. Bui is nice, warm and funny. The entire office felt very comfortable. My daughter (9) and I had an appointment on the same day. My daughter is very afraid of the dentist due to past experiences, but she enjoyed having her work done here. She requested that the staff inform her of all of the next steps before they continued their work and they agreed. She didn't feel any pain when receiving her shot ( she begged for laughing gas, but this mama said no way!). And when I had a follow up appointment, she even asked if she could come along to spend time with the staff. I said no to this of course, but it's a good testimony about how they made her feel during a scary time for her. Dr. Bui completed my work both times, just days apart. She constantly checked in with me, asking me if I were okay and comfortable. I always was and appreciated her investment in my comfort. She even asked me about my daughter during my 2nd visit. When I told her she wanted to come and hang out she smiled and said, "You should've brought her!" The office is very clean and very high tech. They are so heavily covered in PPE that you can barely see their faces, so I wouldn't worry if you're a little apprehensive during these pandemic times. They are definitely taking things seriously. Between my 1st and 2nd visit, a television was installed on the ceiling, so you are entertained while having work completed. How thoughtful! It looks like my search for a dentist is finally over 10+ years later. I'm ecstatic to finally have dentist that I can actually look forward to visiting.
Loved Dr.Ngo and her staff I came in feeling pain and they made me an appointment straight away. I was hesitant to go during Covid but everything was very clean and professional. They took my temperature and had all the necessary PPE to make sure everything safe. They did my root canal and crown and I am very happy with it. I was nervous for the root canal but Dr.Ngo was very kind and helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr.Bui did the rest of my treatment and she has a very gental touch, she was also very nice and professional throughout the whole treatment. They gave me a reasonable price but most importantly they helped me when I was in pain. I will 100% come back to this office and bring my family. I recommend this office to anyone who needs to go to the dentist, you will have a great experience.

The office was so clean and I felt safe even through COVID. They did their due diligence and made sure everything was spotless and sanitized. Not only that, but I was also examined in a specific room to ensure that it was entirely sterilized and scrubbed down afterward. Their state-of-the-art office has new and updated equipment. I felt so spoiled as Dr.Ngo reclined me back and I was just able to admire the little fishies floating around on the GIANT tv screen. Dr.Tiffany Ngo is extremely personable, kind, and skillful. She made me feel safe and comfortable, all the while giving my teeth the sparkly cleaning it needed. She didn't make me feel self-conscious even though I definitely don't floss as much as I should of. But gently reminded me how flossing will help prevent future trips back..Such honest, yet compassionate feedback. After my first cleaning, I came back for my 2nd appointment with Dr.Bui to get my wisdom tooth removed. I was very hesitant, as I never had any major dental work done before. I was very nervous and scared. Nevertheless, Dr.Bui was SO comforting and made me feel at ease. She made sure that it was painless and quick. My worries were gone before I knew it, and she pulled out my wisdom tooth in what seemed like less than 5 minutes! I NEVER would have thought I would have such a PLEASURABLE and EASY time at the dentist. Dr.Ngo, Dr. Bui. and the Los Cerritos team should be your dentist of choice! Delighted with my experience here. Rebecca at the front desk was very helpful and nice. She gave me shoe covers and took my temp as soon as I got in. My tooth was very sensitive and doctor Ngo helped me right away. She put some desensitizer on it and the pain was gone!!!! Wow! And I thought i would have to redo the crown or something to fix the pain. Great service and highly recommend this office to everyone!

My tooth was aching, like I wanted to go to the ER. I found Los Cerritos Dental Practice and Rebeca scheduled me for their next available. She emailed me the new patient registration so I didn't have to fill out any paperwork in the office which made it super quick!! I got in there they took my temp and made sure we all have our PPE! Got my X-ray done like in 5 minutes and found my cracked filling and tooth. Dr Ngo and staff are so professional and gentle while removing and replacing my crack filling and Deep cleaning!!! They did such a great job!! I recommend this dental Team because you need a professional and Safe place to take your family, especially during this Covid - 19 Pandemic.

Every one at the office is practicing proper hygiene and following the rules and regulations as mandated during this pandemic. Super happy to have found a new dentist! Dr. Tiffany Ngo is super friendly and skilled. She was upfront and honest about the work I needed to get done along with the options I had and gave me her recommendations of what she would do if she were in my situation which I appreciated. She was gentle during my cleaning and did a great job. I do have permanent retainers on my bottom teeth and she got all the gross plaque off. Dr. Ngo even told me the pricing for out of pocket since I don't have dental insurance and even when I told her I wanted to check prices with other dental offices she was totally fine with that since I need a few things taken care of. I'll be coming back here though since I have trust issues with other dentists and have even recommended her to my friends! Also the office has a super cool kids room with a tv mounted to the ceiling to distract your kids while they get work done
Who isn't scared of the dentist? I waited 15 years to go back. By then, I had a mouth full of work. Literally. I have no tolerance to pain, none. Needles, no thanks. Needles near my face in my mouth, NO THANK YOU. I had been asking everyone I work with if they knew a place they'd recommend for dental work. Everyone had a place but didn't exactly recommend it. My sister finally told me to go to Dr.Bui and Dr.Ngo. She said they were good and honest Dr's who looked out for their patients. I took this major leap of faith (trust in my sister basically) and went to Dr.Bui. Take it from someone terrified of the dentist and needles, I love this place. I won't go for fun or when I'm bored but I definitely recommend this place 10000% to everyone. The office aesthetics should be last on the list of what you look for at a dental place, but this office is spotless, nice modern design, and across the street from Cerritos Mall. Just in case you want to reward yourself after a visit to the dentist. I have nothing bad to say about this place, for a dental office . Both Dr's are soft, gentle, and patient with big adult cry babies and little kids too. Don't wait 15 years like me and go take care of your teeth now. I brought my daughter to this office because she was having intense tooth pain. The doctor preformed a root canal treatment, and now my daughter is pain free! All the staff was vey friendly,knowledgeable and welcoming. The office decor is very nice and clean. We booked an appointment and they blocked out the office just for us for a couple hours so the whole team was very attentive. I was able to fill out all of my paperwork online before my appointment, so I didn't have to wait in the waiting room. Having been scared of going to the dentist my entire life, I instantly felt at ease when greeted by the incredibly kind front desk staff. Dr. Tiffany Ngo was extremely knowledgeable and the most gentle dentist ever! The dental assistants are also very experienced and friendly. They even let you select a Netflix show of your choice to watch during your procedure(s) which is cool and unique :) After my experience, my family also made appointments here and were equally impressed by their experiences here. I have been coming here for a few years now. All the staff I've met have been very kind. The two dentists who have treated me both take care to be gentle during the procedures. Their office is new and very clean, and they have big TVs to watch whatever you want while getting your procedure. I appreciated that they provided a breakdown of the expected costs with my insurance when discussing the treatment plan.

Consistent, great, professional service from last year. The staff is one of the best group of staff ever in a medical office, so kind and nice and respectful. Doctor is also very gentle and knowledgeable educating me with helpful information. Answers your questions clearly and walks you through your dental X-rays. I first met the dentist, Trihn Bui, years ago when she was a dental student at USC. I went there for dental care and was assigned to her. Back then I thought she was amazing as a caring dentist who had a gentle touch while performing dental work. She is still an amazing dentist and I drive all the way from Santa Monica to go to her.
Very professional. The office is super clean, and the equipment up to date. I was in for a crown. I have had other crowns and this procedure was faster than most. They do everything possible to keep you comfortable (including a TV on the ceiling)!
I have never experienced the level of professionalism and cleanliness of Los Cerritos Dentistry in my lifetime and I’ve been to countless dentists throughout my childhood due to anxiety. Although I’ve only had 2 cavities in 45 years, I do not like the thought of having a drill used in my mouth! I was so nervous that I left my cell phone in the waiting room, which was immaculate and sterile (Masks, booties, temperature checks, teeth brushing, and medicated mouthwash are prerequisites to treatment) by the way. After choosing a Netflix original show to further calm my nerves in the treatment room - genius (I ultimately chose a calming binaural beats video to subconsciously transport my mind to a peaceful state which worked wonders for my anxiety), I had x-rays and pictures taken of my problem teeth and was informed that I had 6 surface cavities and a possible root canal that I might need if they could not remove the decay. Needless to say, I was terrified of the extensive work needed to get my molars back on track. Anyway, I agreed to having one side of my mouth repaired and let me say that although I needed a numbing agent for the pain, I have never felt so relaxed. The doctor and dental assistant were kind, gentle, and attentive to my needs. If you’re on the fence about which dentist to choose, look no further. You will not be disappointed. On a final note, the front office receptionist is the gatekeeper to all brick and mortar businesses who service the public, and the receptionist at this dental office was stellar. She immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. Awesome job. I’m looking forward to my next appointment, even though the drill is eminent! In short, every business needs to shop (property management lingo) the customer service of this establishment. No matter what industry you’re associated with, the bar has been set. This practice is destined for greatness.

Best dental practice ever! From the first initial phone call to schedule an appt to my most recent visit where I had a deep clean and 4 cavities filled, the staff was amazing. Very patient and answered all my questions/ explained all their recommendations throughly. There is no pressure to get any work done, they provide all the recommendations and cost up front and you are free to customize based on your budget. It had been awhile since I was at the dentist because of a bad experience and this practice already has me feeling more confident about my smile. Bonus points for allowing me to watch what I wanted on Netflix while they worked on my teeth!

Everyone here is super nice! The office is very sanitary: they give u little shoes covers when you walk in, there are sanitizers everywhere, and they also give you a toothbrush and mouthwash to brush your teeth prior to the appointment which I appreciate since I can come straight from work, instead of going home to brush my teeth. I went here for a general exam, and xrays are pretty much instant (no need to wait for them to develop)! They give you a toothbrush, floss, and mini toothpaste after cleanings :) They have nitrous oxide available for 150$ an hour, which is nice for people who have dental anxiety, and they have tvs attached to the ceiling playing netflix so you can watch while getting your teeth worked on! They accept Dentical (medical general dental plan), but not specific medical dental plans (Liberty, Access, etc). Parking is easy too, there's a pretty decent private lot behind the practice that you can park in.
I took my 4 boys to Los Cerritos Dental for their 6 months check up last Saturday. My boys have some cavities and they got so nervous. Dr. Bui & Dr. Ngo calmed them down. I also love the TV they put on the ceiling, kids can watch their favorite show while the Dentist works on their teeth. Did I mention the staffs Ashley & Rebecca are so friendly & professional. I love this place. I highly recommended.
Very nice clean dental office. Made an appointment for my husband and daughter and they were both happy with the service. Big plus, they take extra precautions due to Covid. Also, no need to fill out paperwork, it's all done through an IPad which is nice. The staff is very polite and attentive. Couldn't have asked for more.
Everything from COVID protocols, to bedside manner, to the transparency of services/procedures rendered, and all in-between was great. The only thing it might need is WD-40 on some of the doors haha. I needed a new dentist that was closer to home and was recommended this place by a friend. I had a good experience when I had x-rays taken (I have a small mouth so usually I hate this part the most). Then the dentist went over my X-rays, examined my gums, did some probing. Eventually, she found a cavity, so she took a picture of it and showed me. She also went over which teeth they were going to monitor, and the reasons why. The transparency was comforting. Luckily, I was able to have the filling done that day and my cleaning as well. Overall a great experience! Highly recommend this office.
I very last minute found this office on Yelp after a very abnormal, disastrous, and unprofessional experience at my previous dental place. I'm extremely happy and relieved to have found this office. Dr. Bui was so nice and gentle with her skills. I usually have a lot of teeth sensitivity, but I didn't feel a thing. Ashley and Rebecca were also super professional, sweet, and patient. I thought I was really annoying when I couldn't decide on what to watch on Netflix and kept hogging the remote. But they were so kind and nice about it and didn't try to guilt you or made you feel that you were being annoying. That's how nice and sweet they were. The COVID protocols also made me feel very very safe. They give you shoe covers. They clean the pens in front of you right before giving you the paperwork. They also give you a toothbrush and mouth wash before the X-rays. They even show you your X-rays on the TV screen in front of you with air purifiers not too far away which also made me feel very safe. The office looks modern, clean, and professional. Equipment looked new and up-to-date. Bathroom looked very clean as well. There are large flat screen TVs angled correctly to where you will lie down on the chair during the processes. No one is saying unnecessary things. It was a very peaceful process. There were even peaceful music playing where they show you your X-rays. They also didn't try to sell you any packages or any special treatments or anything that another dental practice told me I needed or else. Overall, I'm just very impressed and very thankful to the doctor and the team. I went to a dental office to get my teeth cleaned and checked, and got that done and the whole process was easy, smooth, PROFESSIONAL, and PEACEFUL. THANK YOU!!

I was terrified of going to the dentist. For that reason I had not gone in years. After having bad experiences I tried Los Cerritos Dental after reading great reviews on yelp. Best choice I ever made. They were friendly, put me at ease, and never judged. I had to have a lot of work done but they worked with me step by step and I never felt any pain. This is the absolute BEST dential practice I have ever been to. I will definitely refer family and friends.

My 11 year old daughters anxiety level is so high that she usually freaks out. Dr Bui and her staff are all so patient. My daughter has had 1 extraction, fillings and 1 root canal. This treatment Should have set her running for the hills, instead she is actually less nervous. We are going back for a second extraction this Friday and my daughter is still nervous but isn’t afraid. Thank you all.

Dr.Bui and Rebecca are amazing !!! They answered all of my questions concerning my father's dental health. I love how they are so thorough, informative, very kind, and patient !!! They are amazing people makes me so happy. Also the establishment itself is so cute !!! Love the office vibes. The covid measures are taken seriously. You get your temperature scanned then after you will be provided with little covers for you shoes. Then they have you brush and rinse before seeing the doctor. I love it. Thanks Dr.Bui and Rebecca for making my dad feel comfortable and safe ! It means a lot to me
I absolutely love this facility! I had to find a new dentist since my insurance changed and I am so glad that after a long online search I found them. VERY CLEAN & MODERN, prompt service upon entry and the staff is pleasant. 5 all the way!
I hadn't gone to a dentist since covid last year. And I found this brand new dental office in the hood, I came for a cleaning and check up today. This place is very clean and is properly sanitized. I was greeted by a friendly nurse, she checked my temperature and had me wear shoes covers. The dentist is also friendly, he explained all the issues. So far it was a great experience!
I was treated like a queen by the dentists and their staff. They cater to all my needs especially my anxiety to pain. They were very patient with me ensuring that I was comfortable before moving to the next step. Dr Bui and Dr Ngo were very gentle, kind and knowledgeable. I felt calm and trusted them. Will definitely return.

I'm absolutely terrified of the dentist but coming here made me change my mind. Rebecca was super friendly & informative over the phone and in person, the dentist (I didn't catch her name) was very professional, nice and quick and efficient at doing my fillings. I was also given Vaseline throughout the procedure so my lips wouldn't dry out. The icing on the cake was me being able to watch Netflix WHILE getting worked on!! They pay attention to patients' needs and make sure that we are comfortable and are getting the best treatment possible with minimal pain. I'm glad I chose this dentist, I will recommend as many people as I can to come here! Thanks so much!!
Both the dentist and assistant are very sweet and try their very best to tend to your needs. I went in very nervous for my first root canal and even wanted to take the nitrous oxide during the procedure but because of now well the dentist and assistant handled everything my anxiety was eased greatly and I was able to pull through the first session without the gas. I will be back next week for round 2 and now I'm not nearly as scared as I was before! Would definitely recommend this place!

During my entire appointment they were making sure I was as comfortable as I could be which was very comforting. I also went in feeling a little uneasy due to a prior bad experience at another office and I went in and was completely pleased with their care for cleanliness during Covid . Hand sanitizer , booties for your shoes and they’re double masked with a shield too. I felt extremely , extremely safe and at peace . They also had a serene video playing with nice relaxing music which was great for my high stress couple of days . I can’t recommend this place enough. I never once felt pain during my procedure and now that I’m home and feeling has resumed I feel fine . Seriously won’t go anywhere else .

So grateful that this office was open and was able to see me as soon as they did, with COVID it's nearly impossible to get an appointment anywhere. Even before COVID I would have to schedule my appointments months in advance because my office had no availability which was extremely inconvenient considering my work schedule constantly changes. Dr. Bui & Dr. Ngo were both extremely informative and detailed as we went over my treatment plan. I HIGHLY recommend this office, the service/staff is impeccable + they have multiple protocols to ensure a safe/sanitary atmosphere which is most important during these times. They also did treatment on my six year old son, they had so much patience with him that he didn't even need nitrous. Saying I'm obsessed with this office is an understatement.

By far hands down the best Dentist. Super clean & the employees are beyond friendly. I highly recommend this place. They break down payment options. And they give you each option that is best for you. So you know they are not trying to do you dirty, or come up on you.
My daughter (15) and I visited the office during this Covid time. The precautions that they take made us feel safe. The office is modern with added TV"s on the ceiling to help ease the visit (I'm one of those people that waits years) and they did not make me feel embarrassed over it. Viewing the x-rays taken on the big TV in front of you and having it all explained made me feel comfortable with the treatments needed. They show you what the insurance covers and what you would have to pay out of pocket before you make a decision. Nothing felt forced and it was the best experience my daughter and I have had at a dentist. Everyone is super professional and extremely nice. We both have follow up appointments in a few months and we will definitely be keeping up on regular checkups thanks to this office.
Wow. This was the BEST dentist visit experience I have ever had! The office is impeccably clean. Dr. Bui and her staff are so very kind and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I was amazed at the peaceful ambience when I walked in. I nearly cried when I sat in the chair because I was relieved to feel safe and comfortable in a dental office. There was even a tv on the ceiling for me to watch Netflix while I had my treatment done, which kept me at ease and distracted. I am so grateful to have found Los Cerritos Dental, and I actually look forward to my next visit, which is something I never thought I'd say about a dentist!
For many years of searching for the best and reliable clinic I would say Los Cerritos Dental Practice is definitely the one that I’ve been looking for. Especially this time of pandemic, I would really say that they made us feel so safe. The clinic is very clean and they are very strict in keeping you safe. My sons tolerance in pain is very low and he’s always nervous, but I was so surprised to see my son very comfortable and happy because the staff are VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPER NICE. Dr. Trinh Bui, Tess and Rebecca are the one who took care of my son, and I would definitely say they really did a great job and I would definitely recommend them. My son had a tooth extraction but he didn’t even know that he had it. It only shows how great they are in entertaining my son because during the procedure they never stop talking to my son and the best part is they had a T.V. on the ceiling, and my son just enjoyed watching his favorite show in Netflix and You Tube.Thanx to u guys for taking care of my son as well as myself too.
had a broken tooth from a root canal that the got infected.The dentist and her assistants were very gentle. Dr. Ngo is amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel pain, My tooth was broke to nearly under the gum she was still able to take it out without slicing open the gum, Gave me some antibiotics after is was done. Went in nervous walked out happy. And she let me watch, the legend, "IP man" on Netflix. Made the experience enjoyable..

I've never met a dentist that I liked - until now. I am someone who is very loyal to my community service providers. I have been with my veterinarian, physician optometrist, hairstylist and eyebrow technician for over 10 years. When I receive good service, I always return. This has not been the case for my dentist, which I have changed every year since becoming an adult. Dentist are usually unkind condescending and ooze of untrustworthiness, but not Dr. Bui. Dr. Bui is nice, warm and funny. The entire office felt very comfortable. My daughter (9) and I had an appointment on the same day. My daughter is very afraid of the dentist due to past experiences, but she enjoyed having her work done here. She requested that the staff inform her of all of the next steps before they continued their work and they agreed. She didn't feel any pain when receiving her shot ( she begged for laughing gas, but this mama said no way!). And when I had a follow up appointment, she even asked if she could come along to spend time with the staff. I said no to this of course, but it's a good testimony about how they made her feel during a scary time for her. Dr. Bui completed my work both times, just days apart. She constantly checked in with me, asking me if I were okay and comfortable. I always was and appreciated her investment in my comfort. She even asked me about my daughter during my 2nd visit. When I told her she wanted to come and hang out she smiled and said, "You should've brought her!" The office is very clean and very high tech. They are so heavily covered in PPE that you can barely see their faces, so I wouldn't worry if you're a little apprehensive during these pandemic times. They are definitely taking things seriously. Between my 1st and 2nd visit, a television was installed on the ceiling, so you are entertained while having work completed. How thoughtful! It looks like my search for a dentist is finally over 10+ years later. I'm ecstatic to finally have dentist that I can actually look forward to visiting.
Loved Dr.Ngo and her staff I came in feeling pain and they made me an appointment straight away. I was hesitant to go during Covid but everything was very clean and professional. They took my temperature and had all the necessary PPE to make sure everything safe. They did my root canal and crown and I am very happy with it. I was nervous for the root canal but Dr.Ngo was very kind and helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr.Bui did the rest of my treatment and she has a very gental touch, she was also very nice and professional throughout the whole treatment. They gave me a reasonable price but most importantly they helped me when I was in pain. I will 100% come back to this office and bring my family. I recommend this office to anyone who needs to go to the dentist, you will have a great experience.

But gently reminded me how flossing will help prevent future trips back..Such honest, yet compassionate feedback. After my first cleaning, I came back for my 2nd appointment with Dr.Bui to get my wisdom tooth removed. I was very hesitant, as I never had any major dental work done before. I was very nervous and scared. Nevertheless, Dr.Bui was SO comforting and made me feel at ease. She made sure that it was painless and quick. My worries were gone before I knew it, and she pulled out my wisdom tooth in what seemed like less than 5 minutes! I NEVER would have thought I would have such a PLEASURABLE and EASY time at the dentist. Dr.Ngo, Dr. Bui. and the Los Cerritos team should be your dentist of choice! Delighted with my experience here. Rebecca at the front desk was very helpful and nice. She gave me shoe covers and took my temp as soon as I got in. My tooth was very sensitive and doctor Ngo helped me right away. She put some desensitizer on it and the pain was gone!!!! Wow! And I thought i would have to redo the crown or something to fix the pain. Great service and highly recommend this office to everyone!

My tooth was aching, like I wanted to go to the ER. I found Los Cerritos Dental Practice and Rebeca scheduled me for their next available. She emailed me the new patient registration so I didn't have to fill out any paperwork in the office which made it super quick!! I got in there they took my temp and made sure we all have our PPE! Got my X-ray done like in 5 minutes and found my cracked filling and tooth. Dr Ngo and staff are so professional and gentle while removing and replacing my crack filling and Deep cleaning!!! They did such a great job!! I recommend this dental Team because you need a professional and Safe place to take your family, especially during this Covid - 19 Pandemic.

Every one at the office is practicing proper hygiene and following the rules and regulations as mandated during this pandemic. With Dr. Bui explaining the procedures thoroughly prior to the start of the procedure, any patient receiving the care will feel comfortable.
Super happy to have found a new dentist! Dr. Tiffany Ngo is super friendly and skilled. She was upfront and honest about the work I needed to get done along with the options I had and gave me her recommendations of what she would do if she were in my situation which I appreciated. She was gentle during my cleaning and did a great job. I do have permanent retainers on my bottom teeth and she got all the gross plaque off. Dr. Ngo even told me the pricing for out of pocket since I don't have dental insurance and even when I told her I wanted to check prices with other dental offices she was totally fine with that since I need a few things taken care of. I'll be coming back here though since I have trust issues with other dentists and have even recommended her to my friends! Also the office has a super cool kids room with a tv mounted to the ceiling to distract your kids while they get work done
Who isn't scared of the dentist? I waited 15 years to go back. By then, I had a mouth full of work. Literally. I have no tolerance to pain, none. Needles, no thanks. Needles near my face in my mouth, NO THANK YOU. I had been asking everyone I work with if they knew a place they'd recommend for dental work. Everyone had a place but didn't exactly recommend it. My sister finally told me to go to Dr.Bui and Dr.Ngo. She said they were good and honest Dr's who looked out for their patients. I took this major leap of faith (trust in my sister basically) and went to Dr.Bui. Take it from someone terrified of the dentist and needles, I love this place. I won't go for fun or when I'm bored but I definitely recommend this place 10000% to everyone. The office aesthetics should be last on the list of what you look for at a dental place, but this office is spotless, nice modern design, and across the street from Cerritos Mall. Just in case you want to reward yourself after a visit to the dentist. I have nothing bad to say about this place, for a dental office . Both Dr's are soft, gentle, and patient with big adult cry babies and little kids too. Don't wait 15 years like me and go take care of your teeth now. I brought my daughter to this office because she was having intense tooth pain. The doctor preformed a root canal treatment, and now my daughter is pain free! All the staff was vey friendly,knowledgeable and welcoming. The office decor is very nice and clean. We booked an appointment and they blocked out the office just for us for a couple hours so the whole team was very attentive. Definitely would recommend this location for anyone looking to get great service.
